- This is a church anthem suitable for any occasion that celebrates Mary, the mother of Jesus. It includes the traditional "Hail Mary" in English. It can easily be used during a Eucharistic service. This is a 7 page, 5 minute version for SATB choir of my longer Magnificat, The Song of Mary. The composition also includes the traditional Hail Mary integrated into the score, accompanied and a cappella. The texts are in English. The source for the Song of Mary is the American Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, Rite II, 2007. Once the file is purchased and downloaded the buyer can make as many copies as necessary for the needs of their choir. The accompaniment is for piano or organ, ad lib.
